We offer prepaid shipping for all rentals. Your dress will arrive in time for your event, and you’ll find a prepaid return label in the package. Once your rental period ends, just place the dress back in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location on the last day of your rental.
Need to return early? No problem! Simply follow the same steps, but unused rental days are not refundable.
If your dress doesn’t fit, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to discuss a size exchange or other options. Additional shipping fees may apply.
We do our best to make sure your dress arrives in perfect condition, but if there’s any issue with your order when it arrives, let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Remember, all returns must be on time to avoid late fees. Any dress returned beyond the 10-day window will be considered unreturned, and the full retail price will be charged.
