Your rental lasts at least 4 days starting when you receive your dress. Please ship it back on time using the prepaid label we include. Late returns will incur a $20 per day fee, and if we don’t receive your dress within 10 days, you’ll be charged the full retail price.
Are you worried about fit? No problem! We offer a free try-on option (when available). If it doesn’t fit, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll help exchange it. Shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
Skip the dry cleaning—we’ll handle that for you. Instead, send the dress back as it is.
Need to cancel? Cancel for free up to 7 days before your rental date. After that, there’s a 50% cancellation fee, and no refunds are available if canceled within 48 hours of your rental date.
Accidents happen—we get it! Light wear and tear are fine, but additional fees may apply to cover repair or replacement costs if the dress is damaged or lost.
